Refunds and Returns
It is important to us that you are happy with products you obtain from us.
Please note that we do not issue refunds for the Wild Divine products.
Unwanted or Unsuitable Meditation Machines
If you are unhappy with a Meditation Machine you have purchased from us, you may return the Machine within 30 days of the date on which we dispatched the item for a refund ( excluding delivery costs and any administration charges). All Meditation Machines must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Damaged Items
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return a Meditation Machine
Place the item in the original shipping box or package.Please include all the internal and external packaging, the user or instruction guide, any leaflets that were included with the item, and the original invoice. On the back of the original invoice, indicate the reason you are returning the item (wrong or damaged product, or you changed your mind).
Call us at 020 8371 0436 and tell us that you are returning your order and need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Include this number in the back of the original invoice, and return your order to:

Refunds
Meditations Ltd. will issue a refund within seven to ten business days of receiving your returned Meditation Machine. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order.
